Terms and Conditions

1. The prize consists of accommodation for one person including complimentary breakfast for 5 days, 3 days motocross riding in Southern California to be taken any time before October 2010. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.

2. The draw will be made by an independent person.

3. The winner will be selected at random. If you have won, you will be contacted by Motocross California. If contact cannot be made within 28 days, the prize will be forfeited.

4. The prize is for use by the winner only and is not transferable.

5. Entrants must be over 16 years of age and resident in the UK.

6. If you are a winner, you agree, as a condition of receiving the Prize, to participate in any publicity or promotion organised by the Promoter.

7. Entry implies acceptance of these rules and conditions. Only one entry permitted per person. Motocross-California does not take responsibility for any lost entries.
